摘要：The main objective is to design a process of Work Organization at BioCen. Concepts of work organization and the role it plays in the human capital management are defined, as well as initiatives that appear in the literature on the subject are described. Three phases are broken down into steps that are plotted. The techniques used are exposed to and what to do in each one.
