摘要:The challenges that the Model of Primary Education and the management of the teaching-learning process demand to schools are being more integral, and impose the need to be efficient in the professional work. The continuous training must constitute a basic priority of any educational system, and in Cuba, this is a reality in the rural area where multigrade class-groups are predominant. This paper shows the main ways of postgraduate training, that from our experience in their implementation contribute to raise the professional training of teachers of multigrade schools. General psychopedagogical characteristics of these multigrade schools are shown, meaning how they contribute to the integral development of students of the rural educational context.
