摘要:It is always expected, from a professional, his best performance in favor of the growing social demand, which requires a gradual overcoming and development. The continuous change in the job content of the technical level professional in Computer Science, due to the technology it is incorporated to it, contradicts the immobility of forms of organization of the technical training for his continuous training, which affects its development. It is shown in this paper a pedagogical model that supports a new form of technical training for the continuous training of this professional, starting from an extension of the relation polytechnic school-labor entity, which involves the first one in the technical training processes of its graduates.
