摘要：In this paper, it is emphasized the need of carrying out the developing educational process as determinant in the theoretical-practical linkage in the postgraduate education in Medical Sciences, with the objective of providing teachers of that entity with the academic knowledge for them to offer a qualified attention to patients, their families and the social environment in the three levels of health care, taking into account educational alternatives to be used for effective achievement in the teaching, in the in-and-out patient care and in the research to those of them, all based on ethical and aesthetic values.
