摘要:Based on the systematization of the previous empirical research in relation to the training of the school director, based on the examination of a wide variety of bibliographic materials that refer to the results of diagnostic studies carried out in national contexts, international comparative studies, policies and official regulations, theoretical proposals and recommendations, a set of trends related to this training is argued as a specialized process. For their identification, the two fundamental processes that are inherent in this specialized training were taken as reference: its management process and its pedagogical process. These trends are an expression of the progress achieved and of the limitations still present in the conception and implementation of this training process.
