摘要：It is intended to reflect on how emotions influence the work health professionals performed, especially in children, where the synchronization of beliefs becomes complex, since the user demands the generation of a climate of trust that is impossible to construct if the professional does not manage to recognize and manage the emotions that he possesses with respect to the situations he lives with. Emotional intelligence is linked as an aid element to work on this topic and it is proposed the need to incorporate the human factor as a primary theme in the training of future professionals in the area.
