摘要：This article approaches the formation guidelines of educational managers to achieve the transformation of educational institutions, so that they can offer quality education based on the policy of good living. It analyzes the profile that this manager must have, the management process, the educational management, the dimensions of the educational management, the characteristics of the training of the educational managers. The document intends to be a frame of reference to explain the importance of this formation, addressing the need to learn and build new knowledge and attitudes that consolidate the improvement and strengthening of the actors in the exercise of management activity in education.
