摘要:At present, the markets are experiencing dynamic changes, so that companies seek to remain competitive and satisfy their customers, being the Quality Management Systems (QMS) one of the pillars for achieving continuity in globalized markets. The objective was to know the perception of teachers in relation to the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 that it is given in the educational institution. A quantitative research was conducted, obtaining positive results, exceeding three out of five valuation, obtaining an Alpha by Chronbach of 0.822 indicating high reliability in the instrument, what shows empirically that a QMS correctly carried out, grows proportionally in all its points.
