摘要：The present work carries out an analysis of the citizen participation as part of the daily local administration of public administration in Holguín municipality, from which some of the difficulties are shown. It proposes, on the basis of the technologies and applicable procedures in this case, the construction of a perspective of an Integrated Citizen Participation, that includes premises, dimensions and vertexes, that allow orienting its application with the objective of mitigating the negative elements and perfecting the citizen participation process in correspondence with one of the thematic axes, the effective management of the Cuban National Plan of Economic and Social Development until the year 2030.
