摘要:The object of the present study is to compare the heart rate during the rapid phase of recuperation in three different forms of intermittent exercise: aerobic, aerobic-anaerobic or umbral, and anaerobic. The importance of the study lies in the contribution of information of greater scientific force at the time of evaluating the load of the intermittent exercise. In the first phase, we determined the intensity in a maximum level test. In the second phase, each of the nine volunteers performed the three intermittent exercises in relation to the values obtained in the previous phase. The study of the heart rate evolution in the recuperation of the three types of intermittent exercise, was performed through a test of parallelism of the corresponding regression curves. The results show that the three regression curves on a determined point (at 120 seconds) are different (F (4,1 > 0 . 0 5), but, nevertheless, the inclinations are the same (Fa, < 0.05). The independent terms differ statistically as corresponds to the different intensities. The explanation of these results could be due to the fact that the sensitivity of the baroreflex during the rapid phase is independent of the load demanded during the intermittent exercise, since the heart reply during the slow phase is determined by factors added to the nerve mechanisms. In this way, we must be careful when we determine the intensities only in function of the heart rate recuperation.
