摘要：In this paper, an analysis of the body conception of sport and physical recreation is developed.The analysis begins with the subjective dimension of leisure, as well as the meaning of physical-sports recreation and body conception in postmodern societies.In this way, the analysis distinguishes two basic body conceptions: ‘body as product’and ‘body as experience’, which lead towards two perspectives of physical-sports recreation: utilitarian and emancipative.This work questions the role of the professionals in view of sport and physical recreation as an incipient labour market.
