摘要:This article shows the effects produced on the elderly by taking part in an integrated programme of cognitive-motor stimulation called “Memory in Movement”.This is quasi-experimental research in which 300 people took part, aged 70.63 ± 7.48.The instruments used were: Field Diary, Observation, MEC, Digital Test, a Motor Memory test and a Spatial Orientation test. The research was arranged in two phases. In the Pilot Phase the teaching applicability of the programme was evaluated and the profile of participants defined. In the Experimental Phase the programme was repeated with a sample adapted to the profile established in the previous phase and the effects of the programme were assessed. As a result of the Pilot Phase the programme was set up with 120 significant tasks and the ideal participant profile was determined – elderly people with no cognitive deterioration, no mobility problems and not institutionalised. In the Experimental Phase a significant improvement was recorded (p ± 0.05) in the experimental group in all the measurements of the study except Direct Digits and Spatial Orientation 2.The “Memory in Movement” programme improves attention, memory, bodily awareness and spatial structuring.
