摘要：The idea of ‘innovative development’ applicable to national economics was defined. The necessity for sustainable and fast innovative development in the context of international competition was proved. Hereby the author explains changing perceptions to innovations and globalizations in innovative activity. A focus is made to a number of factors of innovative development, which are enhanced under conditions of globalization. Special features and dominants of innovative development in national economics are determined.
