摘要：In the field of financial management, aspects related to the financial structure and the cost of capital, should harmonize, otherwise, the decisions of the long-term, manifested erratically, as a result, companies suffer setbacks, that ultimately go rushing in an uncontrolled product of lack of plans that lead to efficient and rational positions. The CMPC and applied to an optimal financial structure, the WACC is the right path to achieve sound financial management. The contribution of Myers as the net present value adjusted, helps clarify the doubt between applying the CMPC or the WACC contrasting their results with the VPN.
