摘要:It is notorious that environmental education contributes in a relevant way to change the habits and postures of people in relation to the environment. Thus, with the changes that have taken place in the educational system in the last decades, it can be seen that the issue of Environmental Education has gained more and more space in the school. Thus, this article aims to analyze the teaching and learning process in Environmental Education in Early Childhood Education. For this, the bibliographic survey was used as a research, and, because of its qualitative nature, allowed a broader understanding of the subject under study. The text shows several questions from theorists about the importance of working on this theme in early childhood education so that children understand at an early age to respect and care for the environment.
