摘要:This work aims to verify what is the space allocated to Oral Genres in portuguese Language classes in Primary Education and how they are worked. In order to reach this goal, the research was developed with three Portuguese Language teachers from the final grades – 6th to 9th grade – of Elementary School. It is noteworthy that the work is based on the theoretical and methodological assumptions of Sociodiscursive Interactionism (ISD), especially Machado and Bronckart (2009). From the analysis of the results, it was verified that the Oral Genres are not treated as an effective teaching object in Portuguese Language classes.
