摘要：This paper deals with the documents associated to the litigations against editors and journalists stored in the State Lawsuit Commission (Madrid, Spain). These files illustrate the persecution of those who tried to create a pro-constitutional public opinion, the aspects which were received as important affronts by Fernando VII and the defendants’ strategies to be penalized as less as possible.
