摘要：In food scientific researches, sophisticated statistical analysis problems often can be met and in this study, through SPSS statistical analysis software, the method of the curve regression model and the multiple regression model that both are common in food science has been established and the experimental results show that the method can be effectively used in the statistical analysis model of food science.
