摘要:Phosphatidylinositol (PI) was extracted from soybean phospholipid using alcohol-n-hexane. The optimum extraction conditions were 56% ethanol, the ethanol and n-hexane (1.7:1, by volume), 0.3 g/L Ca2+ and pH = 8.17 with ammonia solution in 56% ethanol. The purity of PI in soybean phospholipid was increased from 29.00 to 84.17% under the optimum condition.
