  • 摘要:Dedicated to preventing and reducing safety problems of meat products, we integrate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method into Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system and through analyzing the potential failure mode and the risk priority number of meat products, we determine the critical control points in the whole supply chain so that we formulate HACCP plan of meat products that has provided a method or basis and ideological references to other food safety problems.
