摘要:In recent years food safety has been concerned by people, especially the whole process of cold chain logistics. This study tries to illustrate online order and offline experience as the guide for food consumption and put forward cold chain logistic pattern under O2P theory. The supervision from the very beginning of the order to the experience at the community stores will help to set up a transparent mechanism of cold chain logistics, which will stimulate the consumption of food industry.
