摘要：The Internet of Things IoT is a new era in the cyber space, it is defined as a global network where every single entity or subject on the planet will be connected to the Internet. As any new technology or trend there will be a need for a reference architecture model to resolve compatibility issues between different parties. This paper aims to provide a literature review of the existing IoT architectural models and their security features. It will directly support researchers in their understanding of developments in the domain of IoT architectural models, thus enabling them to propose novel ideal models that can address the limitations of existing models.
