摘要：The present paper investigates the barriers against the knowledge flows which are intented to produceinnovation. The analysis is made at the at the individual, organisational and inter-organisational levels, underliningthe importance of knowledge communication, collaboration and accumulation in assuring the percolation of knowledgeand making the grid of our model more and more fertile and able to support innovation. The paper also identifies somesolutions to decrease the identified barriers.
