摘要：Analisa o grau de satisfação dos trabalhadores quanto ao ambiente físico, através da abordagem ergonômica, conhecer a percepção dos trabalhadores relacionados aos aspectos de saúde e sua relação na execução das tarefas, além de sugestões dos trabalhadores para a melhoria da qualidade de vida no trabalho em Biblioteca Universitária. Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa exploratória, que utiliza o método descritivo com aplicação de estudo de caso. Utiliza-se como coleta de dados o questionário com questões abertas e fechadas e entrevista semi-estruturada. Os resultados apontam que mesmo insatisfeitos com o espaço físico, localização e ruídos existentes, os trabalhadores gostam do trabalho que realizam. Tem respeito e orgulho pela Instituição. Com tudo isto, conclui-se que mesmo a Biblioteca não atendendo satisfatoriamente a alguns fatores de infra-estrutura, os mesmos se sentem realizados no trabalho. Abstract: Analyse the degree of satisfaction of the workers as for the physical environment, through the approach ergonomics, to know the perception of the workers made a list to the aspects of health and his relation in the execution of the tasks, besides suggestions of the workers for the improvement of the quality of life in the work in University Library. It is characterized like an inquiry exploratory, what uses the descriptive method with application of case study. The questionnaire is used like collection of data with open and shut questions and semi-structured interview. The results point even dissatisfied what with the physical space, location and existent noises, the workers like the work that they carry out. It takes respect and pride as the Institution. With everything this, it are ended what the Library not paying attention satisfactorily to any factors of infrastructure, same are even been seated carried out in the work.
