摘要：Apresenta o instrumento de trabalho adotado pelo Grupo de Bibliotecárias da Biblioteca Universitária da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - UNISUL para o registro de dados bibliográficos na utilização do Formato MARC 21. Com a implantação do Sistema Pergamum, sentiu-se a necessidade do uso de ferramenta para agilizar o processo de seleção dos parágrafos essenciais, padronizar dados, evidenciar modelos. Foram criadas planilhas separadas por tipo de material para o tratamento técnico da informação como metodologia unificada para o trabalho descentralizado. Abstract: Presentation of the instrument of work adopted by the Group of Librarians of the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - Unisul for the register of bibliographical data with the application of Format MARC 21. The implantation of the Pergamum System, brought the necessity for utilizing the tools in order to speed the process of selecting the essential paragraphs, standardizing data, and evidencing models. Spreadsheets were created separately by the type of material used for the technicist treatment of the information as methodology unified for the decentralized work.
