摘要：Institutional interaction is dynamic and changes according to institutional caused by changes in the values ??and culture of society in line with future changes. Farmers become important institutional arrangement, due to rampant land conversion for agriculture into non-agricultural land. This study aims to find clarity decisions agricultural institutions in the form of institutional models in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. Quantitative research methods were used to approach Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). The results showed clear decision on the repair and improvement of the land use pattern elements, agricultural institutions, economic capital, human capital, social capital, government policy, institutional change land use, and reduction of constraints on agricultural land use.
