摘要:The study examined the link between four dimensions of empowerment (autonomy, decision making, information sharing and training) and organizational performance using gender, age and tenure as control variables. Only gender a significant contribution to organizational performance and all models had a positive influence on organizational performance. On the other hand, the results of multiple regression analysis on employee empowerment and performance revealed that training and information sharing had moderate contribution towards employee empowerment. Autonomy and decision making had no significant contribution to organizational performance. Keywords- Employee empowerment, organizational performance, Tata Chemicals Magadi Ltd (TCML)
