  • 摘要:O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a implementação de um projeto do governo estadual como emprego da política de gerenciamento de projeto sob a percepção dos gestores em relação aos obstáculosenfrentados e os resultados alcançados. A política foi empregada por uma das Secretarias do Estado onde sediscutiram as reformas e as especificidades da gestão pública, com base na revisão bibliográfica. Com isso,pôde-se investigar, através de entrevistas com os gestores e análise de conteúdo, a gestão e o ingresso dacultura de gerenciamento de projetos no âmbito estadual. Observou-se que os órgãos estaduais tornaram-semais eficientes quando norteados por este método de trabalho nos principais pontos: fluidez da informação,tomada de decisão e na redução de prazo de entrega de serviços e obras, considerando-se a relevância dessesdois últimos aspectos no setor público.↓The main objective of this study was to examine the project´s implementation of the state government using the project management policy under the manager’s perception, highlighting the difficulties and the reached results. This policy was used by a specific part of the government where some points were debated, like amendments and details of public management, based on the literature. Thus, it could be investigated through interviews and content analysis the management and the culture entrance in the state projects. It could also be observed that part of the state government became more efficient with this method guidance, especially in: information flow, decision making and the services and works’ reduction delivery time, considering the relevance of the latest two points in public sector.
