摘要：Corporate Sustainability has become part of the strategic planning of organizations nowadays. Many corporations have begun to see sustainability as the engine for innovation. Under this perspective, this article proposes a new qualitative methodology for maturity analysis applied to sustainability and innovation initiatives in organizations. The tool developed assesses the different phases of maturity in sustainability, based on the concepts of Triple Bottom Line and indicators of the Global Report Initiative. As a result, a framework that enables organizations to diagnose their degree of maturity of sustainable innovations in their processes, products or services was created.↓Na atualidade, as discussões sobre sustentabilidade empresarial fazem parte do contexto estratégico das organizações. Grandes empresas começaram a tratar a sustentabilidade, dentro de sua estratégia, como o motor da inovação organizacional. Dentro dessa visão, o presente artigo objetiva apresentar uma proposta de metodologia para análise de maturidade aplicada ao contexto de inovações sustentáveis nas organizações. Como opção metodológica, foi desenvolvido um estudo qualitativo, suportado por uma pesquisa tipo “survey”, que possibilitou o desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta de análise de estágios de maturidade, com foco na sustentabilidade, tendo como base os conceitos do Triple Bottom Line e dos indicadores do Global Report Initiative. Como resultado gerou-se um framework que permite às organizações o diagnóstico e respectivo posicionamento quanto ao grau de maturidade das inovações sustentáveis de seus processos, produtos ou serviços.
