摘要：The structuring of services providers companies in the civil construction sector is a fact that is highlighting along the years. The concern with the execution of the services planning by the contractors is an important point of those structuring. The significant changes in the civil construction industry are in function of the adoption of quality certification programs, programs of labor qualification, as well as to the knowledge of new processes and new tools. In this way, this work proposes the use of a tool to aid the decision-makers to make decisions referring to the attendance of not planned services.↓A estruturação das empresas prestadoras de serviços na construção civil é um fato que vem se destacando ao longo dos últimos anos. A preocupação com o cumprimento do planejamento dos serviços, por parte dos contratantes, é um ponto importante dessa estruturação. As mudanças significativas na indústria da construção civil se devem, sobretudo, à adoção de programas de certificação da qualidade, programas de qualificação de mão-de-obra, assim como ao conhecimento de novos processos e novas ferramentas. Nesse sentido, este artigo propõe a utilização de uma ferramenta para auxílio na tomada de decisão referente ao atendimento de serviços não planejados.
