  • 摘要:A gestão por processos tem proporcionado às empresas em geral um melhor desempenho operacional. Com base nisto, este trabalho visa à melhoria do processo de Gestão de Contratos de uma empresa de transporte. Utilizando o método de pesquisa ação, foram elaborados um diagnóstico da situação atual do processo de Gestão de Contratos da empresa, uma priorização dos problemas, um levantamento de melhores práticas indicadas para Gestão de Contratos e a realização de um plano de ação de melhorias. Os resultados do diagnóstico apresentam a falta de procedimentos, políticas e diretrizes deficitárias como os principais problemas na gestão de contratos da empresa. Entre as melhores práticas com maior impacto na melhoria do processo foram identificadas (i) definir/adequar políticas, procedimentos e diretrizes, (ii) reavaliar e readequar o fluxo de contratos e (iii) treinar gestores e envolvidos. Estes resultados, assim como o plano de ação para a implementação das melhores práticas priorizadas se apresentam como uma oportunidade de melhoria do processo de gestão de contratos da empresa.↓The process management has provided to companies in general a better operational performance. This paper aims to improve the process of Contract Management in a transportation company. Using the method of action research, this paper elaborates a diagnosis of the actual situation of Contract Management process, a prioritization of problems, a survey of best practices recommended for contract management and an action plan for improvements. The results show the lack of procedures, policies and guidelines as major problems this company contract management. Among the best practices with the greatest impact to improve of the process were identified (i) to set / adjust policies, procedures and guidelines, (ii) reassess and readjust the contracts flow and (iii) train managers and the people involved. These results, as well as the action plan for implementing prioritized best practices, represent an opportunity to improve the company’s contract management process.
