摘要：This research evaluates the impact of fuel subsidy removal on small scale business, in Nigeria using Lagos, Enugu and Kano as case study. The study used the chi-square distribution analysis to estimate the effect. The study found that fuel subsidy removal had a negative impact on the performance of small scale businesses in Nigeria at the 5% level of significant. It also reveals that fuel is a very important input in the development of small scale businesses.
