  • 摘要:The purpose of this research is to find out and to analyze the influence of the factors of Personality, Motivation, Job Satisfaction to the Organizational Commitment, the influence of Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to the Performance of Broadcaster of National Private Radio Broadcast in Surabaya. Output of this research reveals that the factors of personality, motivation and job satisfaction have positive and significant effects to the organizational commitment. In addition, there are positive and significant influences of motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the performance of Broadcaster of the National Private Radio Broadcast in Surabaya, East Java. Output of this research is expected to be able to be used as a source of study for the radio broadcasters in their efforts to improve their performance.
