摘要:Este trabalho teve por objetivo identificar a utilização de indicadores de desempenho emagroindústrias paraibanas. A pesquisa envolveu um estudo empírico com 21 empresaspertencentes a oito sub-atividades agroindustriais. Foram analisadas as seguintes variáveis: operfil das empresas investigadas e a utilização das informações sobre mensuração dedesempenho. O instrumento utilizado para a coleta de dados foi o questionário. Para a análisedos resultados foi utilizada a estatística descritiva. Observou-se que não existe um perfildominante em relação ao tempo de atividade da empresa no mercado. Quanto ao porte dasempresas, identificou-se um percentual representativo de micro e pequenas empresas.Constatou-se que além de adotarem estratégias de diversificação na fabricação dos produtos,as empresas exploram outros mercados além de seus mercados locais. Os indicadoresfinanceiros e os não-financeiros são utilizados em 61% das empresas investigadas. Dentre osindicadores financeiros mais utilizados se destacam o custo unitário e o preço de venda. Emrelação aos indicadores não-financeiros, a qualidade dos produtos e a participação dasempresas nos mercados em que elas participam são os mais adotados.↓This article aimed to identify the use of measurement performance indicators among agribusiness enterprises located in Paraíba. The field research was performed within 21 enterprises from agribusiness from eight sub-sectors. The following variables were studied: the profile of these organizations and the use of information related to measurement performance. A questionnaire was the instrument applied for data collection. Descriptive statistics was used as the analysis method. It was observed that there is no specific profile regarding to time of market activity. As size of these enterprises, it was observed a significant amount of micro and small companies. It was also observed that among diversification strategies in manufacturing products, these enterprises explore other markets beyond their own region. Financial and non- financial indicators are used in 61% of them. Among the variety of indicators, the most used ones were unit costs and sale prices, as well as products quality and market share.
