摘要:The performance evaluation, under different perspectives, allows an analysis of the global situation, as well as the identification of processes susceptible to improvement and adaptation, however, there is a shortage in the literature in what is concerned to applicable methodologies to the evaluation of logistic systems. Then, the present work aimed at gathering information referring to some approaches and methods of performance evaluation, applied and used by the organizations, identifying some use opportunities and limitations in the managerial logistics. This study is concerned with the following approaches: McKinsey 7- S, the method Baldrige National Quality Program, the Moreira approach, and the Balanced Scorecard methodology (BSC). The methodological approach used was the exploratory and qualitative research, using the technique of content analysis, from where the principal existent differences, among the researched models, are systematically presented, as well as their limitations, bringing a critical analysis, their applicability and/or adaptation to the Managerial Logistics.↓avaliação de desempenho, sob diferentes perspectivas, permite uma análise da situaçãoglobal, bem como identificar processos passíveis de melhoria e adequação, no entanto, háuma escassez na literatura no que diz respeito a metodologias aplicáveis à avaliação desistemas logísticos. Então, o presente trabalho objetivou agrupar informações referentes aalgumas abordagens e métodos de avaliação de desempenho, aplicados e utilizados pelasorganizações, identificando algumas oportunidades de uso e limitações na logísticaempresarial. Trata, este estudo, das seguintes abordagens: McKinsey 7-S, o métodoBaldrige National Quality Program, a abordagem Moreira e a metodologia do BalancedScorecard (BSC), entre outras. A abordagem metodológica utilizada foi a pesquisaexploratória e qualitativa, utilizando a técnica de análise de conteúdo, de onde sãoapresentadas, sistematicamente, as principais diferenças existentes entre os modelospesquisados, assim como suas limitações, trazendo uma análise crítica, bem como suaaplicabilidade e/ou adaptação à Logística Empresarial.
