摘要:O CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) tem se apresentado como uma prática comercial que combina a inteligência de múltiplos parceiros no planejamento e atendimento da demanda do consumidor, amparado por atividades colaborativas existentes na cadeia de suprimento. Por meio do estudo de dois casos práticos de implementação e condução do CPFR em uma grande rede de Food Service e em um distribuidor de alimentos operando no Brasil, este estudo analisa os fatores demanda e gestão colaborativa, discutindo sua importância e influência junto aos profissionais envolvidos. Os resultados destacam que i) na perspectiva do CPFR, a previsão da demanda realizada pela coordenação é mais importante do que seu entendimento pelos agentes na cadeia, ii) a cultura colaborativa é considerada importante no relacionamento, mas não determinante para a implementação dos processos componentes do CPFR e iii) o monitoramento das atividades destaca-se como fundamental para o alinhamento das empresas na condução dos trabalhos em CPFR.↓The CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) has emerged as a business practice that combines the intelligence of multiple partners in the planning and fulfillment of consumer demand, supported by collaborative activities in SC (supply chain).
