摘要：The college students' entrepreneurship is of great significance to the personal growth and social development. Firstly, the situations and problems of college students who start their own business are presented by questionnaire survey. Secondly, measures and defects of the policy are explained. Finally, a policy support system for the college students' entrepreneurship is constructed based on business cycle consisting of training, financing, supporting facilities, implementation, environmental evaluation and identification evaluation, thus providing references for the government to promote the college students' entrepreneurship.
