摘要:With the rapid development of e-commerce, the rural e-commerce also has gained great progress. The scale of the county logistics is also broadened. However, as the end of the logistics service chain directly linked with the customer, the “ last kilometer” distribution strategy has become a bottleneck in the development of the county logistics. By analyzing the present situation and existed problems of the county logistics distribution, this paper explores main factors working on rural e-commerce distribution, and based on which it proposes “the last kilometer” distribution strategy of the county logistics.
