摘要：The innovation-driven development strategy based on the essential component of intellectual property is an important strategy in the new period of China. Based on the understanding of generalized innovation and the model of input-output, the article analyzes the support for innovation-driven development of intellectual property, and from three aspects of intellectual property: investment, conversion and output, starting to build a model of three first-level indicators and twenty-four secondary indicators to evaluate the innovation-driven economic development based on the essential component of intellectual property.
