摘要：RESUMO Nesta pesquisa, focalizamos a utilização do instrumento sequência didática do gênero discursivo carta de reclamação como objeto unificador para o ensino de língua portuguesa. A partir do gênero da atividade “aula” e do agir docente, compreendido como instrumento mediador da atividade de ensino-aprendizagem, detivemo-nos na análise de um módulo da SD a partir de três pontos de vista: i) o da construção de um esquema de mediação formativa da SD; ii) o das atividades, tarefas e dispositivos didáticos; e, por fim, iii) o ponto de vista da mobilização da memória, regulação e institucionalização.
其他摘要：ABSTRACT In this research, we focus on the use of the instrument didactic sequence of the discursive genre - complaint letter - as unifying object for the teaching of Portuguese Language. Starting from the activity genre “class” and from the teachers acting understood as mediating instrument of the teaching-learning activity, we held on the analysis of a didactic sequence module (DSM), starting from three points of view: i) the construction of a formative mediation’s scheme of the DS; ii) the activities, tasks and teaching devices one; and, finally, iii) the point of view of the mobilization of memory, adjustment and institutionalization.
