摘要:Purpose: This study analysis how employee socialization and employee specialization effect to the job rotation in health sector of Lahore, Pakistan? Methodology: Primary data source is used to investigate this objective. Total 266 applicable samples are selected for empirical investigation. Descriptive study and correlation analysis are used for inquiry of results. Findings: The empirical results show that employee socialization and employee specializationare positively related with job rotation. But employee specialization contributes more with job rotation as compare to employee socialization in health sector in Pakistan. Recommendations: But we recommend more study on job rotation with specialization with large sample size and another sector for deeply observation of this topic.
