摘要:It is necessary to analyze the feminine organizations because women are becoming more visible in the job market, not only as employees, but running your own business and overcoming the conservative culture that the domestic space is where they belong. Thus, it is proposed to analyze an entrepreneurial movement of women that their own business. This research is theoretical-empirical and descriptive-exploratory based on a case study about six women in Vitoria da Conquista, Bahia. The results show that these women have focused on supplying the demands of the market, as well as enrich their relationship with the clients. Moreover, it was observed that the decisions shared with the other members of the organization, like partners and employers. Therefore, the management of these women prioritizes the quality of the product and/or the service, always taking in account the well-being of everyone involved in the organization.
