摘要:The purpose of this article is to analyze the group of studies that make up the special edition of the Cadernos EBAPE.BR journal, which is entitled “ Public Policies in their Multiple Dimensions ”. Beyond offering a mere formal presentation, the article seeks to analyze how this “conflicting drama” of public policies is constituted as a common thread of these studies. It notes that conflicts, strife and vetoes are all part of the logic of such policies and should constitute a source of research for future work, especially as they tend to be neglected by normative, formalistic or metaphysical points of view.
