其他摘要：The article analyses human capital concept in Europe and Russia, then it compares level of development of human capital in SMEs in different countries as Russia, Italy and BRICS. The first part of the article explains the importance that human capital covers in overcoming economic crisis; the second part gives and overview about human capital situation in Russia and other countries. The Human Capital Report made by the Economic World Fund is considered very important for the mathematical analysis.
