摘要：O objetivo do artigo é analisar a utilização do aplicativo Grindr como ambiente de comunicação e de sociabilidade gay online . Busca-se compreender como a exposição dos corpos no Grindr participa das definições das possíveis relações entre os sujeitos. De modo mais específico, analisam-se as tensões comunicacionais entre segredo e visibilidade a partir desse aplicativo. Como referencial teórico, partimos das concepções de armário de Sedgwick e Miskolci, de cibercultura de Levy, de cibercidade de Lemos e de “imitação prestigiosa” de Mauss. Como referencial metodológico, realizamos pesquisa etnográfica com 23 usuários do Grindr e enfocamos, neste artigo, nove usuários representativos desse universo residentes na cidade de Belém (PA). Os resultados permitiram explorar e analisar definições em torno das preferências sexuais, corporais e comportamentais dos usuários e relacioná-las aos estudos sobre o homoerotismo na cibercultura. 其他摘要：The paper aims to analyze the use of the Grindr app as an online environment of communication and construction and development of gay sociability. We seek to understand how the exposure of bodies in Grindr participates in the definitions of the possible relationships between subjects. More specifically, we analyze the communicational tensions between secrecy and visibility from that app. As a theoretical framework, we left the cabinet conceptions of Sedgwick and Miskolci, Levy’s cyberculture, Lemos’ cybercity and Mauss’ “prestigious imitation”. As the methodological framework, we conducted ethnographic research with 23 users of Grindr, but analyzed nine in this article who live in Belém (PA). The results allowed us to explore and analyze definitions around users’ sexual preferences, body and behavior and relate them to the studies on the homoeroticism in cyberspace.
