  • 摘要:Este artigo tem como objetivos caracterizar o Instituto Per Lo Svilupo Organizzativo (ISVOR), importante Universidade Corporativa (UC) do setor automotivo, com base nos fatores críticos considerados por Eboli (2014) e verificar sua atuação no desenvolvimento de competências profissionais. Para isso, realizou-se um estudo de caso em uma rede de concessionárias de uma fábrica de caminhões vinculada a um grupo de forte expressão mundial, com ênfase no desenvolvimento de competências do Master um profissional que é especializado em diagnósticos e desempenha função relevante na assistência técnica de pós-venda. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, questionários e análise de documentos – os dados qualitativos foram tratados por análise de conteúdo, e os dados quantitativos, por estatística descritiva. Foram inqueridos 27 sujeitos de pesquisa, incluindo profissionais do ISVOR e das concessionárias. Verificou-se que a arquitetura adotada pelo ISVOR contempla os fatores críticos apontados por Eboli (2014), havendo, entretanto, espaços para melhoria. Ao estimular o desenvolvimento de competências profissionais do Maste r, o ISVOR favorece a competitividade das unidades da rede de concessionárias.
  • 其他摘要:This article aims to characterize the Institute Per Lo Svilupo Organizzativo (ISVOR), an important Corporate University (UC) of the automotive sector, based on the critical factors considered by Eboli (2014) and check its performance in the development of professional competencies. For this, a case study was carried out in a network of concessionaires of a truck factory linked to a group with a strong worldwide presence, with emphasis on the development of the Master's skills, a professional who is specialized in diagnostics and plays a relevant role in the assistance After-sales service. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews, questionnaires and document analysis - qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis and quantitative data using descriptive statistics. They surveyed 27 research subjects, including professional Isvor and dealers. It was found that the architecture adopted by Isvor contemplates the critical factors indicated by Eboli (2014), there is room for improvement. By stimulating the development of Master professional competencies, Isvor favors the competitiveness of the dealer network units.
