  • 摘要:Management literature for women acts as an education tool or a guide for those women who wish to fill a gap in top business management positions. Therefore, it is essential to consider, from a moral viewpoint, what values and behaviors that this literature promotes. This is done by recognising that neurosciences have provided many justifications for such discourse, but must be critically reviewed. The objective of this study is to examine management literature works that have addressed women in recent years, especially those that present justifications supported by neuroscientific “evidence”. Then, we will point out the risks of this literature in order to achieve an equal presence of women in corporate management.
