摘要：Este estudo se propõe a analisar a relação entre linguagem, conhecimento e hermenêutica, por intermédio do chamado giro linguístico pragmático, de forma a contribuir com o estudo da filosofia do e no direito e com a compreensão da proposta de alguns teóricos pátrios que vêm tentando desenvolver alternativas hermenêuticas diante da crise de interpretação que assola o contexto nacional, como Lenio Streck e Eros Grau. Para tanto, partindo de raciocínios dedutivos, sem pretensão exaustiva, o trabalho propõe um escorço histórico sobre a evolução dos paradigmas do conhecimento no campo da filosofia, caminhando desde a filosofia do ser (objetivista), passando pela filosofia da consciência (subjetivista) – ambos situados no esquema sujeito-objeto – até alcançar a filosofia da linguagem, que finalmente constitui um novo esquema, calcado na relação sujeito-sujeito, a partir da incursão da pragmática no estudo da linguagem. Por fim, e para contextualizar essa incursão pragmática, são expostas brevemente as contribuições de Martin Heidegger e do chamado Segundo Wittgenstein e se apresenta a filosofia da linguagem a partir desses filósofos como abertura de horizontes para o desenvolvimento de uma nova hermenêutica.
其他摘要：This study aims to analyze the relationship between language, knowledge and hermeneutics, through the so-called linguistic and pragmatic turn, in order to contribute with the study of philosophy of and within law and to the comprehension of the proposal of some theoretical patriotic who have been seeking to develop hermeneutic alternatives in face of the interpretational crisis which devastates the national context, such as Lenio Streck and Eros Grau. For such, starting from deductive reasoning, without exhaustive pretension, the paper proposes a historical foreshortening about the evolution of knowledge paradigms in the field of philosophy, going from the philosophy of being (objectivist), passing through the philosophy of consciousness (subjectivist) – both lying in the subject-object scheme – until reaching the philosophy of language, which finally composes a new scheme paved on the subject-subject relation, from the incursion of the pragmatics in the study of language. Lastly, and to contextualize this pragmatic incursion, the contributions of Martin Heidegger and Second Wittgenstein are briefly exposed and the philosophy of language is presented from these philosophers as a widening for the development of a new hermeneutics.
