摘要：Este artigo parte de dois pressupostos. O primeiro é o de que, em sessões de atendimento fonoaudiológico, vemos, no papel do clínico, uma expectativa de “correção” da fala (dita desviante) de seu paciente. O segundo é o de que, dessa expectativa, resulta uma configuração enunciativa muito peculiar: o terapeuta realiza diversas intervenções na fala do outro. Dado que essas intervenções se dão tanto no âmbito do sentido quanto no da forma , cabe a pergunta, objeto da investigação deste trabalho: que efeitos a intervenção linguística do clínico tem na fala de seu paciente? Para tentar respondê-la, faz-se uso do aporte teórico da Teoria da Enunciação de base benvenistiana para analisar transcrições de excertos de sessões clínicas de uma mesma criança em tratamento fonoaudiológico, buscando descrever os mecanismos de intervenção do terapeuta na fala do paciente e os efeitos dela decorrentes. Os resultados apontam para foco na forma , desconsiderando o sentido , fazendo-nos refletir sobre o status dessas intervenções quando comparadas àquelas feitas em contextos naturais, diferente daqueles da clínica.
其他摘要：This article is based on two presuppositions. The first one is that, in speech therapy sessions, the therapist is usually expected to “correct” the speech (considered deviant) of his/her patient. The second one is that from this expectation results a very peculiar enunciative configuration: the therapist makes several interventions in the speech production of his patient. Given these interventions are both on meaning and form , we thus ask, as the objective of this study: what effects do the therapist’s linguistic interventions have on his/her patient’s speech? In order to answer it, this article uses the Benvenistian enunciative perspective as theoretical framework to analyze transcriptions of excerpts of sessions in which a child is being treated, aiming to describe the therapist’s mechanisms of intervention in the speech of his/her patient and the generated effects. The results point to a focus on form , disregarding meaning , which makes us reflect on the linguistic status of these interventions when compared to those made in different, natural contexts.
