摘要：A política de cotas para ingresso na carreira docente em universidades federais se fundamenta em diversos diplomas legais, como a Lei n.12.990/2014, a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional e no Estatuto da Igualdade Racial.Estudo de caráter documental e bibliográfico, esse trabalho almeja debater a relevância desse sistema de cotas a partir de uma análise interdisciplinar da função social da universidade.
其他摘要：The policy of quotas to admission in teaching career in federal universities is based in several acts, including the Law n. 12,990 / 2014, the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education and the Statute of Racial Equality. A documental and bibliographic’s study, this work aims discuss the relevance of the quota system, from an interdisciplinary analysis of the social function of the university.
